Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Artful Elements! Our shipping policy is as follows:

Domestic delivery rates & estimates (New Zealand orders)

Shipping Estimates (within NZ)

All items are made to order in NZ and usually take up to 2 weeks from time of order to delivery. If ordering different items, these may be shipped seperately at no extra cost.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are not shipped, but should be received via email within 12 hours of purchase. If you have not received the link to your gift voucher code, please check your junk mail.

Please note:

* We do not ship to PO Boxes.

* Delays with the printer or courier company due to high volumes are outside the control of Artful Elements and once your item has been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order. Please allow extra times for delivery during known busy periods like Christmas,

International shipping
Please email us directly to see if we are able to ship to your address and what the cost will be.

Shipping rates

We have a flat rate of $14.99 for all items per order.

Shipment notifications
You are usually kept well-informed throughout the process by shipping notifications sent to your email and should receive a tracking number once the printer has dispatched.

If you haven't heard anything 14 working days after placing your order, please get in touch.

Additional fees, customs, duties and taxes
Artful Elements is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the delivery of your item. This includes such things as international customs and taxes if sending overseas. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages
Please notify us immediately if your item arrives damaged, and we will do our best to assist with the claim for damage with the freight company. Please keep all items and packaging for return of the product, and assist with any photos or other information required in order to make a claim with the delivery company.
