Refund policy
Please contact us with any concerns you have. We are a very small business and are not required to offer refunds on any purchases. We will act in accordance with the NZ Consumer guarantees act and will happily replace any faulty products.
Exchanges
All exchanges are at the discretion of Artful Elements AND providing the following guidelines are followed:
* We are contacted via email within 7 days of arrival of your item explaining the issue
* On approval of replacement or exchange, we will give details of how to return your items. Artful Elements may refuse the right to exchange for any reason.. For example, we cannot exchange earrings due to health and safety requirements, so please choose carefully.
* All postage and packing costs are the responsibility of the buyer for any approved exchange.
* The original item must be returned to us exactly as was received, unused, and in it's original packaging and with a copy of proof of purchase.
*Approved exchanges will be of equal or greater value than the original product. No refunds will be given in product price difference, so please choose carefully or opt for a gift card if choosing for someone else.

Damages and legimate issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us IMMEDIATELY if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PLEASE NOTE: If we are not notified within 3 days we may not be able to rectify the problem.
Please keep all faulty items and packaging. We will organise to have this returned before a replacement is to be sent out.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
Gift Cards. (These are not reedemable for cash)
Earrings (due to health & Safety)
We will still amend any faulty item issues as per our consumer guidelines.
